We have a 3 day return policy and it is available only on unopened items from the date of delivery of the product. We will issue a full refund minus the shipping charges. We request you to ensure that while returning the items they need to be packed properly so that the original packing of the product is not damaged while they are in transit. The return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer.
Orders made using coupon code cannot be exchanged under any circumstances. For goods bought on discount, the return will be through Taza Food gift coupons/certificates.
We will refund the money the way the payment was made. If the payment was by Credit Card or Net-Banking, we will refund the amount in Credit Card or Net-Banking account. The payment option is governed through our payment processing partner – Razorpay. Further all the applicable privacy policies of Razorpay are also applicable to us. Please note that the product should be unused and should be sent back along with a copy of the original invoice. Taza Food reserves the right to reject any return request if the product package is opened or the product looks used.
The decision of Taza Food regarding return of any product is final and binding.
CASH ON DELIVERY CHARGES
COD payments will only be accepted if the total invoice value is above ₹1500.
₹150, in addition to shipping charge if applicable, will be applicable for orders with bill value below ₹1500.
You only pay in Cash to the courier person while accepting the goods.

If the order value is below ₹750.00 you will be charged a flat fee of ₹150. This is applicable on both payment options – prepaid or cash on delivery.
Tracking Your Order
When we ship your order, you will receive an email with all the shipping and tracking information. You can use your tracking number on the shipping partner’s website to trace your order. In case you need more updates you can get in touch at customercare@tazafood.in with your order id and our team will assist you.
How much time will the delivery take if it is a local delivery within India?
Our shipping partner will attempt to deliver the package within 4 to 6 business days from the date of receiving the order. The areas covered for the local delivery are serviceable pin codes all over India.
What happens if I am not available at the time of delivery?
Our delivery partners will attempt to deliver the package twice before it is returned back to our warehouse. Our delivery partners also provide a “We missed you” note or a similar note if they have attempted the delivery and you were not available. We request you to call the number they provide on that note and get the delivery arranged by them as per your convenient time.
